2. Refundable Validation Fee
We may charge a one-time refundable validation fee to verify genuine student interest and commitment. This fee helps us:

3. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of the validation fee if:
- You submit your application fees to any university (refund is issued upon confirmation of application fee payment)
- You decide not to proceed within 7 days of payment
- We are unable to provide suitable university options
- You face genuine financial hardship (case-by-case basis)
- We fail to provide promised services within 30 days
4. Refund Process

We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Timeline
- Immediate Refunds: Within 7 days of payment (no questions asked)
- Application Fee-Based Refunds: Upon confirmation that your application fees have been submitted to the university
- Service Failure Refunds: Within 30 days if we cannot provide promised services
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- You provide false or misleading information
- You fail to cooperate with the application process
- You miss university application deadlines due to your own actions
- You withdraw after 30 days of receiving our services
- You violate our terms of service
7. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the same account
- Digital Wallets: Refunded to the same wallet
- Processing fees may apply based on payment method
